This is a very gross topic but I think almost every girl on their period goes through this or maybe it's just me idk. But when I'm on my period I constantly feel the need to poop but sometimes nothing comes out and sometimes it does, they symptoms are so similar, I go through this everytime when it's that time of the month. Anyone else?
