Bleeding too much

So for a while now, I've noticed that I get nosebleeds pretty often. At first, it was about once every 2 months. Then I would get them 2 days before my period. Then, during my last period, I got it 2 days during it (my period can last up to 5 days). And last week I got 3 nosebleeds throughout the week, and this week This is my 3rd one in a row. I know this can't be normal. What's wrong with me? Any ideas or suggestions to help prevent them?
