Ultrasound showed sac but no embryo...help

I'm heartbroken over here, I went in for my first appointment today. Everyone figured I was 10 weeks today and we'd get to see the baby. Turns out there is a sac but no embryo. I'm taking millions of blood test hoping I'm just earlier in the pregnancy than we thought. Either way I'm looking for mommies who had similar situations or some words of encouragement. This would be my second baby and now I'm just shattered. Positive vibes needed!!!
