Why am i spotting?

Needing opinions maybe some of you have experienced this. I had a miscirrage in may at 12 weeks. Well i just had my normal 5 day period, june 21st to the 26th, it's been 3 days, and now im having light spotting.. cramping and a headache.. does anyone know what this could possibly be from?
