I'm in the exact same boat. Just took a first response and bfn. I am trying to get in with my doctor to get a blood test and if that comes back negative then I am going to see about a blood test to check for hormone balance and an ultrasound to check if any cysts are present because I have never missed a period before and I want to make sure I do anything I can to catch what's happening early. Hopefully yours turns out to be good news!
