Miscarriage

Hi my husband and I have been trying since jan. I got preggo in March and had a miscarriage. Then doc told us to waits 3 months. In early October I found out I was pregnant again but very early stages and next day started bleeding.. It was 2nd mc.. I am feeling devastated since then.. I don't want to wait again for 3 more months.. My cycles have alwAys been irregular.. Not sure where to start again!!! Any advise please?!??
