Squats while pregnant...
I have never worked out before and I work in an office job, so it's basically sitting all day. Well I am 18 weeks pregnant and I'm noticing I'm losing my butt lol. So my question is, is it ok to just start doing squats when I have never done them or never even worked out before? I don't want to risk anything, so I just want some input on what you all think if its ok to do the squats or if it would be risky.
