Stress delaying period
So I haven't gotten my period and I'm on day 47 of my cycle. I have taken two pregnancy tests - last Wednesday and one this morning - but both were negative.
So I'm guessing it's stress or my wonky eating habits (my kitchen is unusable at this moment since we're renovating) that are causing my period to delay, but anything I can do to get my cycle back to normal? 🤔
