Missed period but no pregnancy?

I last had my period in October.  November nothing. In fact the glow app says I should be ovulating right now, but how if I didn't have my period? Took a urine test came out positive but after hours. ..took blood test came out negative. .so what could possibly be wrong with me? Help!

I have had the same problem.  my last period was on October 5 and November missed and we're almost in December now so I'm hoping that will find out or I'll get my period in December.  I've been home pregnancy test bloodwork everything shows negative but I also know I've been stressed due to trying to find an apartment and moving out and all this other stuff I could possibly cause my period to delay. My last period was oct 15th. I have not had one in November and I'm not pregnant. It happens. But glow just gives predictions, doesn't mean the app is 100% correct. If u take ovulation tests it will tell u if u are or not.

Sounds like the hpt had an evap line. It's relatively common to miss a period every now and then. If you don't get your next period you may need to get something like primolut to induce it.

I would wait another week and go to the doctor there are a number of things that can make pregnancy tests give false positives
