6 days PO and feeling pinching and cramping.

I usually feel this dull pinching/pulling cramping sensation the day I'm ovulating. This cycle I didn't, im feeling it after the fact. I tested Positive on my OPK 7 days ago. My nipples are soar can this be an early sign of pregnancy or am I over looking this. TTC for a year any thoughts will help ...
