Girl yes. Every time i use those test thst happens to me. Every other brand works fine for me. I did email them and they didn't do anything about them! I would just cut your losses and get a different brand and never use them again!

I'd send them an email for a invalid test. Then they'll give you coupons so you can stock up on more for later down the road 🙈
