I just had a baby 4 months ago and I've been having unprotected sex ever since and luckily haven't got pregnant I still bleed every month this month I bleed twice I know I'm not ready but I was supposed to get the iud last month due to complications I couldn't so now my back has been hurting so bad ! Since last night and I'm fully breast feeding idk if that's it
