Possible miscarriage misdiagnosis!?

My breast are hurting more each day. It's been a week since I was told I was having a miscarriage, I was 4 weeks gestation with spotting for three days, but no heavy bleeding. The,spotting stopped a week ago. My breast are killing me, and no sign of mc?? Levels were 104 a,week ago, so my symptoms should have went away by now . What do y'all think. Has anyone ever been misdiagnosed?

My breasts got bigger and still hurt and i just was waiting around for a huge glob of contents to be expelled from my body. Went back to the doctor after 2 1/2 weeks and they did an ultrasound and low and behold my little nugget was there!!! Kicking and relaxing in my belly! She took a vacatinon somewhere and then came back lol!! So keep hope, anything could happen.

I bled for the first 7 months of my pregnancy with #2. Come to find out I had Partial Placenta Previa which can cause bleeding. I went on to have a healthy active lil boy. I hope this helps, good luck you never know!

Have them recheck your hcg. After a miscarriage they are supposed to keep checking until it goes back down to negative. I've had 2 chemical pregnancies that I'm aware of. I hope that's not what you had, but with both the bleeding wasn't anything more than a normal period & at 4 weeks there wouldn't be a lot of tissue to pass. I hope your baby is still safe & sound in there though!!!

You need to ask ur doc to re check ur levels. That's bazzar to me that they haven't been on top of that. Obviously your prob still pregnant and didn't miscarry at all. Ur doc seems like a dumbwitt maybe you should change docs.

I had spotting at the start of my pregnancy  and everything was ok had a healthy baby girl hope this helps

Me. When I was pregnant with #2 I was about 5 weeks along and I remember bleeding at work heavily. I called my doctor, and he got me in early. This was the time where my first OBGYN visit for pregnancy was scheduled. I go in a explain to the doctor and nurse about my bleeding and they pull out the ultrasound machine and look and see an empty sack! I was so scared!  He didnt see any baby or nothing just a "food pouch" he called it. They shut off the machine and the doctor tells me that I have miscarried and will probably expel the rest of the contents in a couple of days. They didnt even give me the new mom gift bag LOL! I went home and for 2 weeks there was nothing.

Possible miscarriage misdiagnosis!?
