How Do You.. Do It All?

I'm newly married, just started a new full time career, finishing up school.... I was working out, cooking,  cleaning, and feeling awesome!! Now I feel like I can't keep up and it's disappointing. I don't feel awesome... How do you ladies manage???

Take it one step at a time. Don't try to do too much at once.  Keep communication lines open and try to have date night at least once a week

You just have to get give yourself a pass and take it easy on yourself. Not everything needs to be perfect or immaculate all the time. You can't forget about you. If you need a break, take one.

I let myself get overwhelmed. I know that sounds dumb and I'm not an expert in managing my own stress. I use to pretend like everything was okay and not stress about working a 17 hour overnight shift and then going to class because we were a single income housejold for a while and I didn't want my husband to worry. But no, that's stupid. Its okay to cry. Its okay to be upset about a paper you couldn't have gotten a better grade on. It's okay to pass up sex for a nap. It's okay to leave baby with daddy and go eat a meal by yourself. There's nothing wring with taking care of yourself. 
As women we know we can multi task, but we try to take on too much sometimes. Take everything one day at a time and step back from reality every once in a while. That has made all the difference for me. Hope it does for you too.

You don't manage alone, or at least I don't (I refuse to). I have a fiancé who helps out now that I'm working! You have a husband, a life partner. Split up the chores!
