drugs! HELP

I've posted before and got ignored. really need help.

my partner keeps asking if he can smoke again, as he used to but stopped because of my dislike of drugs. he has asked about four times, and it's really upsetting. I have serious problems and trauma from drugs and drug related childhood issues, and he has always told me he understands why I hate them. yet he keeps asking! he doesn't even have a valid reason, he just says he misses it. weed is illegal here too, he could get in serious trouble. I don't know what to do anymore, especially if he asks again. please help.
