I need some response please.

Couple days ago I saw a faint line on my PT. Then my period came that's what I will say , it lasted only 3 days and I could only wear 1 stay free for the day because it wasn't heavy. It only lasted 3 days now I'm having some cramping at my side, mood swing and breast still a little tender. Can you please tell me what you think is happening to me.
