IUI OR WAIT

Hi ladies, this has been a rollarcoaster for me. Failed <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on 12oct, was told I had a growth or tumor in my uterus, all blood work came back normal, HSG showed no growth and open tubes. I'm high fertility today, but still waiting on my pelvic MRI which is tomorrow morning. If all goes well we could inseminate as early as Tuesday (which ironically is the day GLOW says I have 25% of getting pregnant). I am debating on waiting to follow up with the fertility doctor (BTW I don't trust him, waiting to be assigned someone else, everything he said he thought I had was wrong this far) or just going to my RE and having him do a ultrasound/<a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. Granted that's only after my pelvis MRI tomorrow which I'm praying shows all clear and normal. Just want to see what everyone else thinks. Is it even safe? The doctor who performed my HSG stated I'm most fertile the next 3 months.
