I had my son 7 weeks ago via VBAC. I was in early labor for a couple weeks (😳) and active labor for 40 minutes. Ever since labor I've had some pain. Cramping, groin pain, vagina pajn, etc. When I went to my 6 week check up the doc said my pelvic pain, back pain and groin pain were due to pelvic floor damage. She said the cramping is most likely a uterine infection and gave me a script for antibiotics. I finished the antibiotics and it's almost like the cramps are worse than ever. I called and they want to see me for an ultrasound. I just assumed they would say that the physical therapy they prescribed for pelvic floor damage would fix the cramping too. But they want to do an ultrasound instead. Any ideas what they could be looking for? Is cramping and back pajn a sign of something? Just trying to prepare myself. Thanks Ladies!Â
