I can't get wet!!.. TMI?

Okay ladies, question. Has anyone ever had a dry spell..? Like can't seem to get wet during sex or the start of it.
Happened to me over the weekend, I was 150% enjoying it but I just couldn't get wet.. maybe I'm over thinking it?

Make sure you drink ALOT of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies this is what helped me when I went through a dry spell 🙂

Same boat and HATE it. The doctor just said its normal and to use lube but I to me I don't want to use lube and my husband doesn't want to either. I did some research I bought Replens and was told its safe to use while breastfeeding and it has work so far.

Did y'all try a little foreplay before you moved to sex? If you don't get enough stimulation your body can create little to no natural lubrication.

I think sometimes over thinking it beforehand or during can mess with it to some degree. When I anticipate it or think about it in an almost "excited" way sometimes that's when things take longer or dont work as well

Foreplay gotta get yourself ready 20 min before that helps me with our without him lol
