ANY HOPE.. I'M PRETTY SCARED.. Subchorionic bleed with cramping & no bleeding

Pretty nervous. Fighting these tense feelings. Placed on bed rest for 2 weeks no meds rx'd. Scoured Google since diagnosis (2 days ago). Identical twin pregnancy 11.4 weeks. I had 1 bleed scare while finishing the deed that came with a pop. Immediately proceeded to the restroom where a fair gush of period like blood (stringy) was expelled. As I guzzled water, the bleeding completey tapered off (ceased) over the next 3 restroom visits. I went to ER 2 days later as advised by the OB (yes very late, I thought all was ok). Diagnosis was " Suspect SCH" (I'd gone to ER 2 weeks prior where a small cyst was noted via u/s on my right ovary). Now the small cyst was no longer present.

Today would be 4 days after the initial bleed, 2nd day of bedrest, no other bleeding what so ever, as of yet. I've got a light cramping in my right ovary area which gets aggrevated and relieved with posture and tension. When aggrevated, the discomfort, with time, travels down my right inner thigh/ groin. Could I have popped the small cyst, caused a bleed and small sch? I have a very small frame. Does anyone have experience with a SCH? Possibly similar to mine (1 bleeding episode, light cramping in lower right pelvic area? I'm very hopeful and trying to stay that way. I hope to hear from someone.. Good outcome or not.
