Cycle is all jacked up.. any advice?

So this is my first cycle trying to concieve, and my first cycle off BCP. I had break through bleeding may 25 for about 4 days.. since then I have not had any spotting. So I am currently on Cd 37.. I have taken several tests of different brands because I actually suspected that I may be pregnant.. All have been BFN. I have endometriosis so when AF shows up in am in intense pain about a week before and during. So far I have had absolutely no pain or signs of her coming. I'm assuming I'm all jacked up from the pill but I also was only on it for about 5 months and have never been on any other form of birth control. Has anyone gone through this? What was the outcome?
