Headache - when to worry?

Question

I'll be 8 wks tomorrow and have had a constant bad headache for about two days. Is there anything to worry about? I'm on progesterone but have never had my levels tested. Can it get TOO high?

You could need to eat as well. If I don't eat at certain time, my head begins to hurt because it's alerting me that it's time to feed. I didn't know what it was the first few times it happened but when Tylenol didn't work I knew it was something else. Try snacking throughout the day.

Could you be dehydrated? I noticed I have been getting dehydrated really easily since getting pregnant. I'd try drinking 2-3 liters of water today and seeing if that helps. And my ob recommended magnesium supplements for my headaches.

I read that all the hormone changes are also a cause of bad headaches so there isn't anything you can do if that's the cause of yours.
