35w+4days and my stomach keeps getting rock hard my back has sharp pains and I feel like I'm having period cramps is that a contraction. I'm not really sure what to time

They should have a distinct start and finish to them, and while it lasts you have no idea what to Do with yourself because of the intensity lol fun stuff

Although I've heard back labor presents a little differently, it's more of a constant pain in between? Not sure there

I believe so. From what I've been told they are. I've yet to really have one lol and I'm 36+3
