2 weeks 4 days after giving birth
Just had my first run after giving birth. It felt really good. I got a little belly and some weight I'm trying to lose. Right now I'm trying to figure out what path I want to take with my work outs. In kind of lost because I had a c section and I want to do ab work out but don't want to do anything to soon. I checked my tummy and my abdominal walls are closing so that's why I decided to try and run. So my question does anyone have any good apps or suggestion on abdominal excercises.
