Advice ... Ouch :(

I am 20 weeks & 2 days pregnant . I plan on calling my dr first thing in the morning but wanted to see if you mommy's had any other advice or think I need an er trip tonight ... I ALWAYS feel gracelyn kick in the same spot , has never been any other place . (Very low, right side of my stomach) I was sitting on the couch and got up to come to bed , like normal , not fast or anything and got the sharpest pain right in the spot where I always feel her move . It hurt so bad I lost my balance and fell back to the couch . It felt like whatever it was twisted something . And now It's burning .
