Anyone here had extremely high HCG levels but only see a yolk sac on ultrasound? Thought I was about 6 weeks. Two random spotting episodes. Bright red to brown. Saw doc.  Doctor said HCG levels were high enough they indicated they should "see something" on ultrasound. Ultrasound only showed yolk sac but no fetal pole. Measured at 5w2d. Now I wait another week to try again but they're concerned. I'm concerned. I can't wrap my head around this uncertainty. I pray everything is ok. They also re tested my HCG
