I took a unisom tablet and a B6 vitamin at bedtime. My OB told me that it is safe during first trimester. It worked very well. I was able to feel better during the day and eat. I'm 36+5 with a very healthy and active girl. It passed for me at 14 weeks exactly. Except for gagging at bad smells.

Its okay I spoke to my doctors she said you can lose up till 20 pound in the first trimester. But I would still advice you to try to eat. Don't try to cook. Cause the whole cooking experience that smell might be a bit to much. So ask your mom or someone who would be able to give you some time to help you to cook some food.

Ginger tea with lemon can help to settle and the smell of lemon always helped me. Also preggie pops are soothing to the tummy.

Honestly i was like that too around 17 weeks, but i went at least two days without eating cause it was so bad, i asked my doctor and she said take a unisom dissolving tablet, and half of a vitamin B and it should help. After doing that for about 2-3 weeks it helped, im now 37weeks and haven't had any problems since....but if it worsens you might need to get prescribed to something....try the unisom and vitamin B first and see if it helps, just give it a few weeks to kick in😊
