Is this normal?

I'm only about 4 weeks along and I'm already showing and I'm having the usual symptoms like nausea, headache, fatigue, frequent urination, and I was cramping for a good 3 or 4 days,  I haven't gone in just yet  but I have no idea if this is normal

That's normal, and the "showing" bit is mostly bloating, it can get quite awful but it usual goes down before your pretty baby bump appears. Congrats!

I've felt sick since 3 weeks (before I even knew I was pregnant). I was so sick and bloated that I took a test, but it was negative. I was still feeling so sick, bloated and constipated the following week, it was at the point where I was very close to going to an urgent care center.  I took another test and it was positive! I'm now 9 weeks and have felt sick everyday ( some days less than others).

Some start to feel nauseous early.. I started at 5 weeks and it comes with bloating, so I guess that is why you look like showing already. It's crazy how you look like farther along already but when it goes away, it'll be replaced with a bump. ❤️
