Ladies I'm scared to have something bad happen

I need to stay off the internet been having spotting very light it's light pink and brown discharge I hope I'm not having a miscarriage or a ectopic pregnancy😩😩😩

I don't have my first appt until I'm 8 weeks and I'm barely 5 weeks today

Can a ectopic pregnancy be caught if they do a ultrasound ?

Also not sure if they will do a ultrasound on my first appt

Also why do they wait so long to do a ultrasound or check if he having a ectopic pregnancy I feel like testing for this especially in the early trimester should be mandatory!!!!

Especially since it can be life threatening! Or having ur Fallopian tubes removed !
