First time mother

I am supper concerned right now. I'm 22 years old and this is my first pregnancy. I'm 23 weeks & 1 day but I don't feel my daughter move ever. I asked my dr. and said you don't feel constant moving until 28 weeks. But I just switched to a new dr. because my dr. was to cold and made me very uncomfortable. I don't have my first appointment with my new dr. Until July 14th but I feel like I need answers now. Can anyone help ?? Worry about this literally keeps me up all night.
