If you can get into your doctor soon ask for Diflucan. It's one pill you take that stays in your system for 7 days. Starts working within 24 hours.. Or you could get monistat from the drug store. Just be careful with that, I've heard the 1 day and 3 day burn because they are so concentrated.

I know it sounds weird, but putting plain yogurt on a pad helps me. Just make sure you change it often and wash often.
