Stitches feel like there going to burstšŸ˜³

Kayley ā€¢ 24 years old, I have a little boy whoā€™s 4 and Iā€™m TTC my second baby!! šŸ‘¶šŸ»
I had to get forceps due to fetal distress at only 7cm dilated. They cut me down below and now i have stitches. Everytime i sneeze or cough i feel they are going to burst open, anyone else who's had stitches noticed this?šŸ˜³šŸ˜­
