Boy or girl??!

I was pregnant with my son back in 2014 and it was a breeze. No morning sickness, no symptoms, no cravings nothing! I found out I was pregnant in April and miscarried in May. Well the 2nd week of June I found out I'm expecting again. I'm 6w4d today and I can't find myself away from the bathroom bc of morning sickness. I have headaches, I've been craving spicy food. Everyone is telling me girl bc it's so different.
