I work for a company that has over 200 employees. A lot of people have been there for 30-40 years+ but now that we have a shit load of graduates they're seen as the future and are guaranteed promotions within 3 years. I've been there for 9 years and haven't had a promotion or even a pay rise.

Most of the women there are gossips and bitches who are the type to leave people out then brag about a works night out that people weren't invited to. It's worse than school there sometimes. I hate that people can't get along especially at a place you spend 5 days out of 7. Anyone else work at a place like this? Or worse?
