PP Depression Question

My baby will be 12 weeks old on Sunday. I'm just wondering if it's possible to have delayed post partum depression? I'm asking because a couple of weeks ago my husband and I got into a HUGE fight with my mother in law. Long story short, during that fight my MIL said some incredibly hurtful things and while upset, I accidentally back my car into my other car causing about $3000 worth of damage. Since then, I've cried almost every day. I can go from feeing fine, to feeling like my life is completely spiraling out of control. There's no reason for it, but I'm miserable. Any advice??
