Weight Loss - Age?

So when I was 18, I lost 60 pounds. That was my first time really dieting and exercising and I lost it in 6 months (healthily). Now I am 24, and 5 years later I have gained a lot of it back. I finally got back on track. I work out 4-5 times a week, eat clean and healthy, and drink only water. I am following the same plan as I did the last time (give or take). I am noticing that I am not losing weight as fast as I did last time. Does me being 5 years older really make a difference?
