BFP What next?

Just got BFP today, first pregnancy. What next? Should I ring docs next week?

Congrats!! Take prenatal vitamins with 400 folic acid. There's not much point in seeing a doctor before 6 weeks as it's still early. They may confirm pregnancy if you want and make sure you're taking your vitamins. Different places have different protocols. For me I saw my GP today as I'm going on holiday for 3 weeks. She got a urine sample, checked my vitals, gave me a referral to the OB who I will see at 12 weeks for a scan and blood tests. With #1 I got a scan at 6 weeks because I had bleeding but this time they said no rush.
