What should i be looking for?

I just had my baby 6 days ago and i think my stitches from forceps may be infected, any idea what my stitches should look like, i noticed some yellowing around the skin where the stitches are, could this be an infection? 😞

Mine also looked like that but there was no infection.  Take your temperature daily to check for fever.  Your incision will be swollen or fluffy and hard and painful if infected.  Although depending on how active you are pain level can vary.  Also if it looks more red everyday could be a sign. Are u instructed to clean daily?

Does it feel infected? Swollen or hot? Maybe it is iodine?
