How much has you LO gained by 3 weeks?

Mine was 8 pounds 2 ounces at birth, then was 7 pounds 14 ounces when we lleft the hospital a day later, 7 pounds 9 ounces at dr appt when she was 3 days old, wic appt 4 days later was 7 punds 8 ounces then just went to the dr and she is 3 weeks and 3 days and is 8 pounds 6 ounces now. Dr didnt say anything about it but it was the on call dr as her peds office was closed so idk if he would say anything anyways bc hes not her regular dr. Just seemed like she should have gained more than 4 ounces by now.

Had my son 6-17-16 at 38 weeks m 1day he weighed at birth 7lbs 8oz and we left hospital and he dropped to 6 lbs 15oz and by doc app one week later he was at 8lbs 3oz and he's two weeks old now and weighs 8lbs 15oz I am exclusively breastfeeding

My baby girl was induced at 39+1 and was 6lbs 1oz. (We knew from the 36 week appt that she was "petite.") When we left the hospital 2 days  later she was 5lbs 10oz. At her 1 week she was 5lbs 9.5oz. Her pediatrician wanted her up to her birth weight by 2 weeks. At her 2 week check she was 5lbs 15oz. So yesterday I had to bring her back at 2 weeks 2 days and she was 6lbs 1.5oz. They were happy. She is only 2 percentile for weight, but very healthy and proportionate.

I breast feed and every 3 hours, baby girls weight was 7.2 when she was born went down to 6.15 when we left the hospital, 6.12 at 4 days doc appointment, at 2 weeks old she got back to 7.2 and as of yesterday at 3 weeks she is 7.7, doctor says she is perfectly healthy and gaining weight at a healthy rate.

Um she was 5.11 lbs then when we left was 5.2 lbs by 3 1/2 was 7.11 lbs. Are you feeding every 2-3 hrs?  And how many ounces?

My doctors always want them to be at their birth weight or more by week 2. Are you breastfeeding? Does the baby spit up a lot?

My little man was 6lb 15oz at birth. Two days later he was 6lb 6.5oz at his post Partum appt. then 6lb 6oz two days after that. When he was circomsized a week and 2 days later he was only 6lb 10.5oz and the doc was concerned. So he sceduled a weight check 7 days later he was 7lb 4oz. They want them to be back at birth weight by the first week after birth but that doesn't always happen. If the doc isn't worried then you shouldn't be. Not all babies gain a lot the first month. Took my little man 3 weeks to get back to birth weight.

You should really go by her weight when you left, cause they say your baby will lose weight in the first week and then start gaining.. my son was 7 pounds... he's a month old and is now 9 pounds and 12 ounces. But he's also in the highest percentiles for height and weight, if there was a problem, they would of brought it up. What percentiles was she in?
