Home remedy for heartburn and GERD!? 😩

I NEED something!! TUMS and Rolaids aren't helping this, it's awful at night!!

I take 1-2 Zantac 150s

I eat a red apple (honeycrisp to be exact!) 1 or 2 hours before bed and have had zero problems since. Sounds odd, but it's helped me!! If I skip a night I wake up and have to eat Tums so I know it helps.

I have a hernia!! So my acid is terrible I take Zantac

I was told to take a tbsp of apple cider vinegar. I didnt try it because tums have been working for me. Also Mylanta is amazing!

It tastes awful and you will feel it neutralizing acid (it will feel like bubbling) but you can mix a teaspoon of baking soda with water and drink it.

I've been having horrible heart burn & acid reflux too, this is how you stop it:
1. No food or drink (even water) 3 hours before bed.
2. Zantac
3. Sleep with you head elevated 
These things helped me tremendously!! Hope it helps you
