Can I just say, if you honestly think this breed is cruel just because of their name you may have had a bad experience or something but you DO NOT KNOW MY DOGS. They wouldn't hurt a fly. They love cats, they love kids, they adore each other and other dogs and us. Obviously because I'm an intelligent adult with some common sense my infant won't be left alone with them, and I doubt they will ever get to close to him however we will all cuddle on the couch and ect. My house is set up so the dogs do not have access to the upstairs which is where the bedrooms are.. I'm not concerned about them hurting him at all except for the puppy getting to excited and maybe stepping on him? But I don't see in what scenario she should be given the opportunity to do that. I will watch them, I know them very well I will know if they are upset. But they have been around children and had tails pulled and ears pulled and never even flinched (although this is unacceptable and the children were immediately corrected) but please for the love of God DO NOT TELL ME TO CHAIN THESE BEAUTIFUL BABIES UP OUTSIDE. That is abuse. Plain and simple. They are inside dogs. If I threw them outside on a chain because a new baby came they would get jealous, depressed, and angry. You want mean pitbulls? That's exactly how you get them. (Not just having outside dogs in a good condition this can be acceptable if they have proper shelter, are played with ect, I'm saying if my dogs who have never known outside like that got thrown out because of a baby, they would be hateful and confused) Please stop the ignorance. If you choose not to have animals, so be it, if you choose to not let your child around other people's animals that's your choice, but please don't tell me to neglect my babies.....
