My doctors want me prepared to have a vaginal and a c section at the same time. Anyone have experience with this? Baby A has gastroschisis and is head down an the surgeon wants her to be delivered vaginally. Baby B is breech and doesn't look like he wants to move. The doctor has said that it is very likely that I will deliver baby A vaginally and baby B via C section. I'll do whatever they think is best for my babies but I'm scared. I'm very petite and this is my first pregnancy. Would like to know if anyone else has delivered this way
