Pimples

Every time I shave or use hair removal products I get pimples,red bumps, and ingrown hairs on my vagina and bikini line. I tried putting oils on after,deodorant on after,and even special syrum after and it just always comes. I wait till the end of my shower to shave and I use special shaving cream for it..nothing seems to work..does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
