Postpartum 10days pain?

I'm 10days postpartum and I experienced excruciating pain in my low right abdominal/pelvic area. It went away after I was in tears and tried to breast feed to see if it would help...approximately 25minutes. It felt a lot like my uterus contracting. Is this normal? Now several hours later my stomach hurts and my lower pelvic abdominal area is aching with slight cramps. Did this happen to anyone else? Ftm, so this all new to me. And just in case anyone asks, no I don't have a fever, no extra bleeding, or clots, no odd smell to my blood, no discharge, yes I have vomitted but from the pain.
