Crushing on a married man

Few months ago this guy started working at my job, and instantly became attracted to him. Not sure why Bc he's like 4'11 and married. I view marriage as a big sacrament! But we flirt (which is bad) and we talk and we joke around. But I know he knows there's a connection btwn us that I can't fight. Idk what to do!
