I wanted to tell him in a special way but we had already been talking about the possibility of being pregnant. So when I got home from work I took a test that was positive. I was ecstatic!! So my plan was to tell him that week in a romantic, exciting way. He arrived home ten minutes later and when he greeted me he said "I think I'm a daddy". I pulled back from hugging him in shock. He then said "I think you already know, you're not one to wait". I blurted out "Yes! Yes, we're expecting!" We cried and are still on cloud 9.

I left the blood test results one his keyboard and then told him to put the cologne he was wearing that day on the back shelf for the next nine months.

I went to Dollar Tree and purchased... 1 Congratulations Balloon 1 It's a girl balloon 1 it's a boy balloon 1 Welcome baby ballon And I tied the test to the strings. So when the hubs walked in the door from work on Friday...he was greeted with this balloon bouquet. He was so excited😃😃😃

I picked up Chinese take out and made my own fortune cookie! He almost didn't even read it!

I just found out and it's his birthday today!!! I'm excited to tell him :)

First time he was still in bed and I told him. His response (half asleep) "take another one". He was excited once he woke up. Lol Second time it was Valentines Day and I had planned a big surprise for him, then I found out that morning. So in his card I said something like,"you are the best dad and will be again." He figured it out and was really excited. Third time I sent him a picture of the test. He was in Boston at the time. Lol I'm not good at waiting and planning elaborate surprises.
