Water leaking?

I woke up today and my underwear were really wet as if i had peed myself or something... Im not sure if its the water leaking please help FTM

Yes, go to the hospital.... this happened to me. Means water broke. Good luck. And congrats!!

No cramping or bleeding... There is still some leaking when i get up from a chair or have to use a bit of strenght
