TTC after abortions

Ok so hopefully I don't get too much judgment but it's okay if I do I guess :/. I had an abortion at 19 while in college due to just not being ready and irresponsible. Now that I am 25 and married my husband and I are actively trying to conceive our first child. I am so desperate and am a super pee-on-a-stick addict. Like I seriously test early and try to get a bfp like so many of the women I see on here at 8dpo. I read online so much about precious abortions rarely affecting future pregnancies yet I feel like it is really hindering our chances. Well just venting I guess and also AF is due Tuesday Dec 2 but I've tested today and yesterday and they at clearly all negative. Thanks for reading :(
