I lost a big chunk of mine at like 14 or 15 weeks and the nurse practitioner told me that for some women, it comes out in a glob every few weeks and for some they lose little unnoticeable bits throughout the entire pregnancy... Either way, it's not a static glob of mucus. Every one of us will lose a completely different plug at the end of pregnancy than we started with. I was freaking out bc I thought it meant I lost my plug and was about to lose my baby.

I sure hope I don't,  when I lose mine my water breaks within a couple of days. But I know for some people theirs grow back.

It will grow back, but keep in contact with OB/midwife.
