Bleeding 37 weeks today !

I woke up and peed , the toilet water was really red so was the tissue . 10 minutes later I tried to go again small clots and smaller amount of blood . 30 minutes later it's completely gone , not hurting at all and baby is moving a lot, should i go to ER to be sure or wait it out. I called the ER they refuse to answer medical questions over the phone because of policy rules . ?
